During the complete PLC (product life cycle), powerful tools and standard methods/ methodologies are used to ensure robust and high quality processes and services.
Production processes are set up and approved according to the rules and requirements as defined by our management system (ISO 9001, ISO). In addition, to fulfill our commitment towards achieving the automotive standard on Quality, several requirements of the relevant automotive standard ISO / TS 16949:2009 are included.
Methods like DOE (Design Of Experiments) are routinely utilized. Process capability, as well as measurement equipment capability, are ensured by use of the appropriate methods & systems. In production, the processes are controlled by SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Risk management is a standard and a very important process within TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors GmbH & Co. KG. Appropriate methods & tools (e.g. FMEA) are in use to support and guide the assessment of potential risks early and to mitigate risks before they affect our customers, our business or our employees. Contingency plans are part of our risk management process.
Continuous Improvement is the key to our success in business and attaining consistent customer satisfaction. Our zero defect motto (do it right the first time ) supports our common and desired target within TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors GmbH & Co. KG of continuous improvement. Regular measurement and review of KPIs within all business processes (product quality, supplier performance, cycle times, OTD, a.s.o.) are routinely utilized inputs to assess the maturity and performance of our processes, internally and externally.
Traceability and availability of necessary quality related data is a standard within TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors GmbH & Co. KG. Clear rules and methodology for marking, storing, doing back ups and archiving are in place and proven.
Customers specific requirements, if any, will be systematically evaluated and necessary measures will be implemented in our processes and services.
Legal requirements are evaluated and captured on a regular basis to ensure, our environmental requirements are followed. All other legal requirements for our business practices and products as well are evaluated.
