Environmental Management System from TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors has been certified to ISO 14001 and is included in the Environmental System of our company worlwide.

Our Environmental Management System ensures that we are aware of the effects we have on our environment. We follow all relevant laws and regulations. We create innovative, environment friendly products and processes with particular emphasis on energy and material savings while considering environmental interests in the safety management process. We emphasize continuous improvement process in safe guarding our environment. For this reason it is our focus to have constant dialog with our customers, suppliers and employees.

TELEFUNKEN Semiconductors is well aware of its environmental responsibility. Avoiding hazardous substances and reducing waste in production and in disposed products have high relevance for Telefunken processes and products. Implementing new environmentally friendly materials for its products is a major field of interest.

Background

Where ever it is possible the concentration of a hazardous substance has to be reduced and such substances have to be substituted by less hazardous alternatives.
